What is The LinkedBanker?
The LinkedBanker is a mentorship-based group learning and support program. Within The LinkedBanker you will find expert guidance and a community of like-minded bankers. Grow your book of business and build your personal brand with the tools, strategies, and coaching in this highly valuable community.
How do I sign up for The LinkedBanker?
If you are a banker (or connected to the banking industry), you are eligible to join the Community. Just click the Join link in the header to get started.
Is there a cost associated with TLB? Do I have to pay a monthly subscription?
Yes, there is a monthly membership associated with being part of The LinkedBanker. Check out the Join page for pricing details on our monthly and annual plans. We will be introducing courses and other learning opportunities down the road that may also have costs associated with them.
Can I sign up more than one person from my bank? Is there a discount for that?
Absolutely! If you'd like to sign up multiple people from your team contact us and we can talk about quantity discounts. This way you'll be able to leverage the learning and networking opportunities throughout your entire organization!
How long is a membership?
You have the option of paying monthly or locking in savings with an annual payment option. You can cancel at any time if you no longer wish to participate (and can even get a full-refund in the first 60 days if you don't feel The LinkedBanker is right for you). Otherwise, we hope you are part of our community for a long time!
Do I need to buy any materials for the course?
You won’t need to purchase outside materials to take advantage of TLB courses. You will however need to purchase a membership, and make sure that you’ve got an account on any platform(s) that we’ll be talking about (like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) so that you’re able to put your newfound knowledge to work!
I did not receive my welcome email, what happened?
If you did not receive a welcome email after you signed up for your account, please email us at questions@thelinkedbanker.com and we’ll look into it. Be sure that you also check your junk or spam folder as well, since sometimes automatic emails get filtered by accident. If you can, add the domain “thelinkedbanker.com” to your email whitelist and that way you’ll be sure that you get emails moving forward.
What are communities and how do I enter one?
Once you have your LinkedBanker account and completed the sign up process, you will be added to a Community page. This area of the site is designed like a forum and intended to be an easy way for you to ask questions, respond to other community members and for you to share any other comments you may have.
What do I do now that I have signed up?
Enroll in the Introduction course (a welcome video from Eric) so that you’ll be able to get a sense of how the course system works. You'll also have access to ALL of the previous Monthly Mastermind (we call them M&Ms) sessions. We also would like you to hop over to your Community page and say hi by introducing yourself to others. And, don't forget to join our private Telegram channel where you can chat real-time with each other securely any time you want!
What chat platform are you using?
The LinkedBanker community members all get access to a private chat channel based on the platform Telegram. It's a free and secure messaging platform that allows for you to interact with your fellow LinkedBanker members at any time. If you'd like to learn more, hop over to Telegram.org

What is your refund policy?
You have 60 days to determine if The LinkedBanker is right for you (and we hope it is). This allows you to be part of a couple of live Mastermind calls, check out past sessions, etc. and get a feel for what the community is all about. But, if you determine it's not a good fit, we'll refund your payment - no hard feelings!
